The Institute prepares and publishes scientific-and-technical and educational literature.

Due to the necessity to use energy carriers efficiently, save energy, reduce consumption of energy at industrial enterprises and municipal economy the Institute of Energy Audit and Energy Carrier Accounting (Lviv) starts publishing the literature on problems concerning normative, metrological, technical, organizational and personnel base of energy carrier accounting.
The first book named “Normalization of Pressure Differential Flow Meters” published in 2006 deals with the issues concerning normalization of one of the most widespread methods for fluid energy carrier flow rate and volume measurement. It should be mentioned that this book includes draft Interstate Standards “Liquid and Gas Flow Rate and Volume Measurement by Means of Standard Pressure Differential Devices” developed on the basis of ISO 5167:2003 International Standard on normalization of fluid energy carrier flow rate and volume measurement by means of the pressure differential method. Since 2007 these Interstate Standards are brought to force in CIS countries.
